  I've been going here for dim sum for a very long time. The dim sum dishes are delicious and still a good price, considering it's gone up gradually over the years. I always get the staple dishes (siu mai, har gow, sticky rice). They also have really good chilli oil. It has a bit of a smokiness to sat which really brings out the flavours of the dishes. Gets pretty busy on the weekends, especially during lunch/dim sum. Service is good, and they are fast and efficient.

  This place never disappoints..the spicy squid black pepper chow mein, shrimp dumplings, and shrimp spring rolls are a absolute must.
  
  Service is always the best and the price is great.

  Love the Lotus our little local Chinese restaurant. Great Dim Sum their homemade smoked chilli oil is fantastic , staff are always very friendly and helpful .
  
  Specials are always good , always busy at lunchtime.
  
  We love it here and try and go as often as we can

  Extremely rude owners!!!!!!!!! They don't value their own customers. I would not recommend this place.

  ~  BEWARE ... Rip-Off Business Practice! ~
  Spent near $80 for a special luncheon (7 dishes, off dinner menu+dim sum). Requested 1/4 duck with all breast meat, server said 50 cents more, which I said fine.
  #1- Duck order was meager with only 3 slivers of breast.  All the rest, which was only a few were leg bone and BONES.  Poor duck must have starved to death!  
  I told and show the head lady (our server seems to be fearful and told us to tell her) and she still refused to deduct the 50 cents off, plus argued with me that at $9.25 the price was still cheap!?  If anything, she should have taken back the smallest duck ever served and deduct entire order off our just shy of $80 bill!
  (I AM 100% Asian and do know my cuisines)

  #2- Requested a sauce, readily given or sold at other restaurants (and they do have),.... they refused.

  #3- On another prior visit  for dinner, ALL but 2 of our 'dinner for 2'  meal was cold/lukewarm.  Nothing, including the egg rolls were hot.
  We ate some of cold fried rice until "Johnny" our server could tend to us, at which time he gave the excuse it was cold outside and maybe the chef left the door open(?)
  Anyways, instead of replacing, he re-heated ONLY the partial plate of rice and returned it.
  *** So 3 STRIKES, you're OUT!  
  
  (Their pork base dim sums has lots of unchewable cartilage bits and once found a hair strand within.... this should have been enough to stop going, but this repeat diner, waited awhile before giving them another chance(s))  
  
  *Lotus restaurant showed no compromise, consideration, nor decent common business sense towards this former regular customer.  
  [We have always added the customary 15-20% tip, and yet upon principle a lousy 50 cents, nor reduction upon request would not be given on a misrepresented order!!!]
  
  Needs major business management/customer service improvements!
  A very costly meal for shameful (non) service from this dingy local establishment.
  *** Never again will this undervalued customer return.
